And by treating everyone very kindly and if necessary sympathetically. By doing this you can be sure that your medical office will always have returning patients.
 
Another reason why it is important for you carry a professional appearance is because when the doctor you work for can see how held together you are, you will open up new chances for yourself to have opportunities to go to important meetings and fill-in for the doctor at events when they cannot be there.
